The Waiting Chair

In the morning, when we take showers and get dressed, Rudy and Emme come upstairs with us. Emme has decided that the burgundy chair nearest the closet is her "waiting chair." She hops up on the chair and patiently waits. She never gets up on the chair on the other side of the table. She never gets up on this chair other than when we are in the shower and getting dressed. This is not the waiting spot in the evening when we change to pajamas. It isn't the spot to wait while I make the bed. This is only the waiting chair when we are in the shower and getting dressed in the morning. Talk about routines. She has ways that things are done and she follows the rules.
